1. Booking & Cancellation
Reservations are confirmed only upon approval by our team and receipt of payment or deposit.
- • 24+ Hours: Full refund available.
- • Same Day: 50% cancellation fee applies.
- • No-Show: Charged 100% of the booking fee.
2. Safety Protocols
Your safety is our absolute priority. Failure to follow crew instructions may result in trip termination.
3. Weather Policy
River conditions can change rapidly. In the event of storms, heavy rain, or unsafe currents, Rani Boat House reserves the right to cancel or reschedule.
4. Liability Waiver
Participation in water sports carries inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Rani Boat House is not liable for personal injury or property loss caused by negligence or failure to comply with safety briefings.
5. Code of Conduct
We operate in a delicate ecosystem. Any harassment of wildlife (monkeys, birds, monitors) or disrespect towards our staff or local community will result in immediate trip termination. Please respect the river and its inhabitants.
